Tell us what you built and what you want next. We work with established MSPs, small IT firms, and one-person side businesses — and we treat every inquiry as private until you say otherwise.

Email us with a short overview of your business. You do not need a formal pitch deck or investment banker language. A plain description of your clients, how you bill, and why you are exploring a sale is a strong start.

We evaluate MSPs with recurring contracts, local break-fix firms with repeat customers, and solo operators supporting clients on nights and weekends. If you are not sure how to categorize what you built, describe it in your own words — we will figure it out together.

Your books do not need to be beautiful. Your business does not need to look like a case study. We started as an MSP and Miami MSP LLC is now the parent company of our operating practice and every business we buy. We are operators who grew up in managed services — not a fund looking for a spreadsheet to optimize.

If there is a fit, we will care for your clients the way you did — openly, with transparent communication through the migration, and in most cases with the branding they already know. If there is not, we will tell you respectfully.

What happens after you email

We read every serious inquiry. If your message is light on detail, we may ask a few clarifying questions before scheduling a call. If it is clearly not a fit, we will tell you quickly rather than leaving you wondering.

If there is potential alignment, we will suggest a short introductory call, followed by an NDA before any sensitive client or financial information changes hands. There is no obligation to proceed at any stage.

Miami office

Miami MSP LLC
25 SE 2nd Ave, Suite 500
Miami, FL 33131

Meetings by appointment. Many early conversations happen by phone or video — you do not need to be in Florida to explore a sale.

Helpful context to include

  • How you describe your business (MSP, break-fix, side practice, etc.)
  • Approximate number of active clients
  • Ballpark monthly or annual revenue
  • Whether you work solo or have staff
  • Primary city or region you serve
  • Whether you still have a separate full-time job
  • Your ideal timeline for an exit or handoff
  • Whether you want to stay involved after a sale

You do not need

  • A minimum revenue threshold to say hello
  • Audited financial statements for a first email
  • A formal business entity (though it helps)
  • Perfect documentation or a spotless PSA

That is fine. Read how the process works or learn more about us first. When you are ready, we will be here.
